Located at Durango Station Casino This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Shaving (Knife shaved), pulling (hand-pulled) and cooking the noodles is a highly significant function that calls for precision, strength, and consistency. You'll be presenting our classic and authentic noodle pulling in front of our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Pull and shave noodles in an efficient manner while maintaining precision and quality. Cook and prep noodles for the line Follow recipes and presentation specifications. Maintain a clean and sanitary work station. Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Restock all items as needed throughout the shift. Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes. Comply with all food safety regulations. Assist other staff members in prepping ingredients for dishes.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs without restriction No physical limitations; able to perform job duties requiring lifting up to 50 lbs In good physical condition with no injuries; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Compensation and additional information: Paid Training $14/hr Fully Onboard $15-$21/hr (Including Tips) Bi-weekly paycheck 35-40 hours a week guaranteed Opportunity for growth (Lead, Management)
