Full-Time / Part-Time Houston TX Hot Chicken is hiring Back of House Team Members for our Blue Diamond location in Las Vegas . We are looking for individuals who bring energy, urgency, accountability, and pride to every shift while helping us deliver an exceptional guest experience. What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook menu items according to Houston TX Hot Chicken standards Bread, fry, season, and assemble products with consistency and attention to detail Execute food safely while maintaining quality and speed during busy periods Follow prep procedures, recipes, and portion standards Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen Complete opening, shift, and closing responsibilities Communicate and work closely with leadership and Front of House teams Support inventory practices and help minimize waste
What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
