Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude Take customer orders accurately using the POS system Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with menu questions and recommendations Prepare food items according to Charleys standards for quality, freshness, and presentation Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, and ovens Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, dining area, and workstations Assist with stocking supplies, ingredient prep, and restaurant upkeep Handle cash and card transactions accurately Promote menu items, combo upgrades, and special offers to guests Work closely with team members to maintain fast and efficient service during busy periods Support opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned Requirements No experience required — training provided Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork and reliability Basic math and cash handling skills preferred Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred Benefits Competitive weekly pay Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth and advancement Fast-paced, team-oriented work environment Health, dental, and vision benefits available for eligible team members Paid time off for eligible employees
