Quality is everything here. The Role We're looking for a reliable, detail oriented kitchen production assistant to join our team. You'll work be helping us prep, cook, plate, clean, pack meals, and any and all other kitchen duties. Our kitchen work is a calm, professional environment. No bar shifts. No late nights. No frantic dinner rush. Just clean food, clear processes, and a team that takes pride in what we send out the door. What You'll Do Prep produce, washing, peeling, chopping, portioning Help with sauce production using measured recipes Portion and plate meals to spec Pack and label customer orders Dishwashing, sanitize, air dry Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment Follow opening and closing checklists What We're Looking For Reliability above all else, you show up on time, ready to work Kitchen experience preferred but not required, we'll train you Strong attention to detail (portioning, labeling, temperatures) Comfortable working at a steady pace in a small kitchen Positive, professional, team-first attitude Requirements Reliable transportation to and from Kitchen Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts in a hot kitchen Closed toe, slip resistant shoes required at all times in the kitchen Schedule Part time, approximately 10-16 hours per week to start Weekend availability required Specific schedule discussed during the interview Pay & Perks $16/hour starting Bi weekly pay via direct deposit 25% employee discount on our meal prep Predictable weekly schedule Real ownership of your work, we treat you like a teammate, not a number How to Apply Apply through the platform with a quick note telling us: 1.
