Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen Director! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about the culinary industry and have a desire to provide exceptional service. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant's kitchen. This position offers opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization. Where you work:
  • You will be director overseeing our New Creeker's Resaurant/Concessions at the Spring Creek Club.
  • Hours flucuate but will include Evenings and Saturdays.
Requirements:
  • WILL BE REQUIRED TO PASS A DRUG TEST AND FULL BACKGROUND CHECK.
    This ensures the safety of our kids.
  • Must hold a current and valid ServeSafe Manager Certification.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and procedures
  • Ensure all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner
  • Assist with inventory control and ordering of supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Assist in supervising and training new team members
Skills:
  • Previous experience in bartending, hospitality, culinary, or related field is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well within a team setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to join our team of dedicated professionals!
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$18.00
