Garret Club, a private club located in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Kitchen Prep Chef to join our team on a seasonal, part-time basis. If you have at least one year of experience and a love for creating delicious meals, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing As a Kitchen Prep Chef, you'll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing ingredients and assisting with meal prep for daily service.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Supporting the kitchen team during service hours.
  • Assisting with occasional evening events as needed. This position is typically scheduled Tuesday-Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM , with some Fridays and occasional night shifts based on club needs. What We're Looking For We're seeking a candidate who:
  • Has at least 1 year of kitchen experience in a similar role.
  • Is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a passion for food preparation.
