Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Staff member, where your energy and passion for food will help create memorable dining experiences. In this vital role, you will support food preparation, ensure food safety standards are upheld, and assist with various kitchen operations. Your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to a lively, efficient kitchen environment that delights our guests and maintains the highest quality standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills while working in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and cooking under supervision Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment Support food handling protocols to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner, supporting restaurant service operations Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions Buss tables and clear dishes efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment Help with banquet setup, serving, and breakdown during events or large gatherings Follow all food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures to uphold health standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and guest satisfaction Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and sanitation protocols Experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment usage Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order management Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of banquet service, bussing, and guest services within hospitality or hotel settings is a plus Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and hospitality standards Ability to follow instructions precisely and adapt quickly to changing priorities Join us as part of our vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through passionate culinary service.
