As an Ever Berry Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating a smooth, stress-free experience for every guest. This is a fast-paced but relaxed setting—focused on good vibes, quality products, and great service. Whether you're preparing bowls, crafting drinks, or interacting with customers, your presence helps shape the culture of our brand from day one. What You'll Do Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, and coffee with consistency and attention to quality Provide a friendly, welcoming experience for every customer Operate POS systems to take orders and handle transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized workspace across the front and back of house Restock ingredients and assist with basic inventory tasks Work efficiently during busy periods while keeping a calm, positive attitude Collaborate with team members to keep the environment smooth and stress-free What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and able to work in a team-oriented environment Comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly, professional way Willingness to learn—no prior experience required Ability to stay organized and composed during busy hours Nice to Have (Not Required) Previous experience in food service, cafés, or retail Familiarity with POS systems Basic understanding of food prep and sanitation practices Why Ever Berry Chill, low-stress work environment Be part of a brand from the ground up Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow with the business
