  • Duties
  • Scoop and serve ice cream to customers with a smile
  • Maintain a clean and organized ice cream serving area
  • Assist in bussing tables and sanitizing work areas
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations
  • Upsell additional items to customers
  • Help in the kitchen with basic food preparation tasks
  • Skills
  • Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Familiarity with the food industry is a plus
