Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Food Expediter to join our front-of-house team, primarily Thursday through Sunday. This is a fast-paced FOH position working directly from the pass, acting as the communication bridge between the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and accurate food execution.
Responsibilities include:
Controlling and expediting kitchen flow from the pass Managing ticket times and coordinating proper food firing Communicating effectively with both kitchen and service staff Ensuring dishes are plated correctly, complete, and sent out promptly Maintaining organization and composure during high-volume service Assisting with quality control and presentation standards Prioritizing and pacing orders to ensure an efficient guest experience Ideal candidates should have: Previous experience as a food expediter in a high-volume restaurant Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure Strong understanding of restaurant timing and service flow Leadership mentality and attention to detail Availability primarily Thursday through Sunday This role is not a kitchen cooking position — it is a front-of-house operations role on the service side of the pass, requiring strong coordination, urgency, and hospitality awareness.
