Winery Food Prep

Job description: Work where the work is fun, Pellicano Vineyard. Now adding Food Prep positions to support the legendary Wednesday Pasta Night and Friday Pizza Nights. Flexible Prep shift would begin at between 9am-12pm and last until service begins...making sauces, weighing ingredients for the sauté station, setting up the line, etc. Must work clean and have a basic understanding of food safety. Extra hours are available as back up service prep to support chefs during service. Will train!! More opportunity available after successful training and mastery of the recipes and SSOPs. Very flexible and understanding of family. We are always adding to our wine team as we grow. Pellicano Vineyard is now hiring for wine & event staff. Fun atmosphere, open kitchen, along with a support prep kitchen. Incredibly clean facility with fun wine staff team, solid SSOPs and Food safety. Everything is in place for success!!! Some days, this will not even seem like work. Extremely flexible schedule, most current staff work their career jobs or are retired and work here for fun and to make some extra money.
