Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food handling tasks such as portioning, wrapping, and storing ingredients properly Support kitchen operations by managing time effectively to ensure quick service during busy hours Skills Experience in food preparation, food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Previous restaurant experience or culinary background is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels great guest experiences!
