Duties Prepare food items according to SONIC's menu specifications while adhering to food safety guidelines. Operate the Aloha POS and Micros POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and sanitation practices. Handle cash transactions accurately while following company policies for cash handling. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is beneficial. Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Culinary experience or knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
