This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced bakery environment and takes pride in consistency and quality. Responsibilities Prepare and scale ingredients accurately Mix cookie dough and other bakery products according to recipes Portion and shape dough Assist with baking and production throughout the day Maintain a clean and organized workspace Wash and sanitize equipment, bowls, and utensils Receive and organize inventory deliveries Follow food safety and sanitation standards Help with opening and closing kitchen duties Requirements Bakery, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and consistency Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Spanish-speaking preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States What We're Looking For We're looking for someone dependable, organized, and eager to learn.
