Must be 18 years of age or older. Authorized to work in the United States. Access to reliable transportation to Midtown Manhattan. Open flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and holidays. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds during an 8-hour shift. Basic English literacy to read, write, speak, and understand instructions. Visual acuity including depth perception and peripheral vision to work safely around equipment. Comfort working around hot oil, steam, and constant kitchen noise. Daily Tasks Greet customers, take orders, and process payments on the electronic cash register. Slice, chop, and prepare fresh ingredients during morning prep hours. Cook burgers and dress buns to order on the main grill station. Shake, drop, and pull fries at the commercial fry station while tracking timers. Clean the lobby tables, counters, kitchen floors, and restrooms throughout the shift. Follow specific safety checklists when working with hot fryers and cleaning chemicals.
