We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Tournant to join the team. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a strong and versatile cook with fine dining experience who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, high-level kitchen environment. The Tournant role requires flexibility, attention to detail, urgency, and the ability to work across multiple stations while maintaining Marea's culinary standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Support and rotate through various kitchen stations as needed Execute menu items consistently according to Marea's standards and recipes Assist with station prep, organization, and service execution Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team members during service Assist with inventory organization and daily kitchen operations Ensure all products are handled, stored, and labeled properly Qualifications Previous fine dining experience preferred Strong foundational cooking skills and knife skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment Flexible schedule with open availability preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for hospitality and culinary excellence NYC Food Handler's Certificate preferred What We Offer At Altamarea Group, we are committed to creating a supportive and professionally rewarding work environment for all of our team members.
