Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately for order processing and cash handling Take orders at the counter or drive-thru with efficiency, maintaining quick service times Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, balancing registers at the end of shifts Support food safety protocols by following sanitation procedures and proper food handling practices Skills Experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurants preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant or grocery store setting Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering great food and memorable experiences!
