Taco Inc. Modern Mexican is opening its 6th location in Olean, and we're looking for energetic, detail-oriented kitchen staff to help bring our authentic flavors to life. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and menu items according to Taco Inc.'s recipes and standards Cook and assemble dishes with speed, accuracy, and attention to presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment Monitor food inventory and help with prep work as needed Follow safety, sanitation, and health regulations Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service Assist in receiving and storing deliveries Experience & Qualifications Previous kitchen, prep, or line cook experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and quality Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Wages will be discussed during the interview process.
