Support Staff Lavie-Noir Night Club Rochester, NY Job Details Full-time From $16 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Hospitality Teamwork Bussing Bar Stocking Full Job Description Upscale Cocktail Bar, Restaurant & Nightlife Venue | Rochester, NY We are seeking hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented Support Staff members to join a new upscale cocktail bar, restaurant, and nightlife venue in Rochester, NY. This position is ideal for individuals who work well in fast-paced environments, take pride in organization and cleanliness, and enjoy being part of a strong hospitality team. Support staff will work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, VIP staff, and management to help maintain a smooth and energetic operation throughout the venue. ## Responsibilities
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  • Assist bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff during service
  • Help maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the venue
  • Support restroom upkeep and supply organization during service
  • Assist with floor maintenance and overall venue appearance
  • Support opening and closing operational procedures
  • Help maintain back-of-house organization and cleanliness
  • Assist with stocking and moving supplies when needed
  • Help maintain a professional, organized, and high-energy environment ## What We're Looking For

  • Willingness to assist in all areas of operations
  • Ability to remain active during shifts
  • Previous restaurant, bar, nightclub, hospitality, or support experience is a plus ## Schedule
  • Evening and late-night shifts
  • Weekend availability required
  • Additional shifts may be available during special events ## Compensation
