Reliable attendance and a willingness to help your crew during heavy volume periods Problem-solving mindset when dealing with customer questions or fast-paced orders Your Shift Tasks Take customer orders accurately at the front counter using the point-of-sale (POS) register system. Handle cash drawer transactions and return exact change with speed and precision. Prep fresh ingredients daily, including washing potatoes and hand-forming burger patties. Cook food to order as a grill operator or fry station attendant. Communicate clearly with your team to ensure order accuracy and speed of service. Clean the prep areas, lobby, counters, and restrooms to maintain strict sanitation standards.
