Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, handle cash transactions, and manage sales efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing their needs with enthusiasm Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones Assist with bussing tables, clearing trays, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and inviting Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Experience Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with POS systems Experience in the food industry or retail math helps in managing cash handling and basic math tasks effectively Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Customer service experience that demonstrates the ability to engage positively with guests Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're energetic, motivated, and eager to grow your career in the vibrant world of fast food!
