Job Summary Adirondack Specialty Chicken- Now Hiring 105 Park St, Tupper Lake Adirondack Specialty Chicken is accepting employment applications for the following positions: Full and part time restaurant staff These positions have been made available by the provisions of a grant to the Town of Tupper Lake from the New York State Office of Community Renewal CDBG. Low-to-moderate income persons as defined by HUD will be given first consideration in hiring. Information can be obtained by calling 518-332-0384. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating, menu selections, and inquiries to foster a friendly atmosphere Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar staff Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Ensure tables are cleared, sanitized, and reset quickly to accommodate new guests Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including counters, floors, and service stations Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours Follow all safety protocols and restaurant policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is welcomed but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to guest interaction Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic knowledge of food safety standards is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for all team members
