Kitchen Team Member

Overview As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in our culinary operations, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food and customer service, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with other team members to prepare delicious meals and provide exceptional hospitality to our guests. Duties Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Handle food safely and adhere to all food handling regulations. Support the culinary team during meal service, including plating and presentation of dishes. Buss tables and assist with banquet setups as needed. Wash dishes when needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies. Skills Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques. Experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred but not required. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated. Effective communication skills to interact positively with both team members and guests.
