Greet and interact with customers while providing a five-star experience. Prepare and cook food in a fast-casual setting. Stock the dining room with condiments, serving utensils, and napkins; refill condiment containers, utensils, and napkins as needed Utilize approved food production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control. Properly store foods in designated areas following proper dating, First In First Out (FIFO), and labeling procedures. Maintaining food presentation and consistency as dictated in Standard Operating Procedures. Other duties as assigned, including assuming responsibilities of direct reports when necessary Checking the quantity and quality of received products, making sure they reflect what was ordered.
