Full Job Description Pay:

From $16.50 per hour Paris Baguette is a rapidly growing neighborhood bakery café, with a mission to deliver expertly crafted baked goods and beverages in a warm, welcoming environment. We are passionate about quality, teamwork, and creating moments of joy for every guest. We are looking for a dedicated Sandwich Prepper to join our team. This is a morning shift position, with schedules typically between 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM. In this role, you will prepare fresh sandwiches, salads, and ingredients with consistency, care, and attention to detail. What You'll Do:

Prepare sandwiches, salads, and sauces according to company standards Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked prep stations Ensure food presentation meets brand expectations Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies Track production, usage, and waste as needed Receive and store deliveries properly Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and storage spaces Support team members and assist in other areas when needed

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of food prep or kitchen experience Basic knife skills and understanding of food safety practices Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Basic math skills for measuring and tracking inventory Willingness to learn and take feedback
