Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems to process sales accurately and swiftly Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, utensils, and dining areas regularly Assist with food safety procedures, proper food handling, and adhering to health regulations Support other team members with bussing tables, food prep, or stocking supplies during slow periods Skills Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, including quick service or fast-food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems for efficient sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
