Overview Charley's Cheesesteaks And Wings is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join our vibrant restaurant environment. Our mission is to provide exceptional food and service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality cheesesteaks and wings while maintaining a friendly and energetic atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms throughout the shift. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge about menu offerings. Requirements Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting. A passion for food and customer service, with a positive attitude towards learning. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment or supplies. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
