Prep Cook Responsibilities:

Cut, slice, and prepare ingredients according to company specifications in the amount determined by manager Ensure all food items are properly labeled and stored Monitor temperature of food items Maintain a clean preparation environment Attention to detail to prevent waste Complete training and maintain knowledge by participating in all educational and training opportunities Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform it with energy and enthusiasm. Be a strong team player, with a commitment to continuous learning, who provides high quality service to our customers Be willing to learn and complete additional duties throughout the cafe as needed such as cashier, baking, drive-thru (at applicable locations), salad & sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness Interact with our guests in a friendly, fast, courteous and efficient manner Growth opportunities at
