As a Mickey's Kitchen Lead, you'll interact with both customers and team members. We're looking for candidates who have: Excellent customer service and communication skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization Responsibilities include: Supervising, scheduling, and supporting kitchen staff Ensuring food is prepared according to company recipes and standards Monitoring food safety, cleanliness, and proper storage (FIFO) Assisting with inventory, ordering, and minimizing waste Supporting smooth service flow and coordinating with front-of-house staff Please note this position requires flexible availability (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
