As our Grill BOSS , you'll command the hot zone! You're in charge of keeping burgers sizzling, toast golden, and the kitchen running with military-grade precision (minus the yelling). Your grill game is strong, your timing is impeccable, and your attitude is always positive. Fast-paced? No problem. You lead with your spatula and your smile. The Burger Wizard is the master of the Dairy Queen back-of-house spellbook. From sizzling chicken to golden fries, you turn ingredients into edible enchantments. With a dash of teamwork and a sprinkle of hustle, you make sure every order is served hot, fresh, and magically fast. No cape required — just a hat, gloves, and great vibes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items with speed, accuracy, and a little flair Ensure every food item is presented hot and fresh — like magic Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the kitchen Follow food safety procedures and DQ prep standards Help with prep work, restocking, and kitchen maintenance Team up with front-of-house staff for order coordination Keep calm under pressure and sprinkle good energy everywhere
