Known for our gourmet cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, and more, everything we create is made in-house from recipes crafted by our talented Chef. What You'll Be Doing As a Kitchen Production Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our baked goods meet the high standards our customers have come to love.

Your responsibilities will include:

Using kitchen utensils to spread, smooth, scrape, and handle baked items with care and precision. Following directions and recipes to complete tasks efficiently and on time. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety standards. Working both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals. Keeping pace in a fast-moving environment and staying on schedule. Performing daily cleaning tasks to keep our kitchen spotless and ready for the next day. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of kitchen experience, preferably in a bakery or similar setting. Strong skills in handling kitchen tools and working with baked goods (not meal preparation). The ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for organization and cleanliness, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
