In this energetic role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service while preparing and serving delicious food. Your enthusiasm and efficiency will help create memorable experiences for every guest, ensuring smooth operations from order taking to food handling. Whether you're managing sales, upselling menu items, or maintaining sanitation standards, your positive attitude will drive our success and keep customers coming back for more! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency Operate POS systems Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Promote menu items through upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food preparation zones in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, food delivery, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Experience Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail math is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants will help you thrive in this role Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math skills are highly desirable Restaurant experience or background in the food industry will give you an edge in understanding customer needs and operational flow Join us if you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service, enjoy working in a lively environment, and want to grow your skills in the food industry.
