We are a Pacific Northwest food destination built on a commitment to scratch-made cooking, locally sourced ingredients, and genuine hospitality. From artisan breads baked fresh daily to our house-cured and smoked bacon, we take pride in creating food with care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. As a high-volume, fast-paced bakery and café, we know that great food comes from great teamwork. We are looking for a Kitchen Team Member who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes pride in their work, and is eager to grow with us. Position Overview We are currently hiring an additional Kitchen Team Member to work on our breakfast and lunch line. Consistent availability is required, including weekends. Previous experience in a restaurant or high-volume food service environment is preferred (1-2 years recommended), but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Preparing and executing high-quality menu items with consistency and attention to detail Setting up, stocking, and maintaining stations for breakfast and lunch service Preparing soups, daily specials, and scratch-made meats and ingredients Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation Communicating effectively with teammates and guests Following recipes, production standards, and written instructions Reading and understanding order tickets, labels, and kitchen documentation Working efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining accuracy and quality Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times We are proud of our record of excellent health inspections and expect every team member to help maintain those standards. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Qualifications To be considered, applicants must have: A current Oregon Food Handler Card or ServSafe or the ability to obtain one before their first day Non-slip kitchen shoes Reliable transportation Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and commitment to continuous improvement Availability during the required shifts, including weekends Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to the operation of bakery and kitchen equipment.
