Job Description
Los Burros Supremos is a modern burrito bar. Our Menu pulls inspiration from Northern Mexico and Southern California culture, using the best ingredients of the Pacific Northwest.

Now hiring for FOH and BOH Crew Members at Los Burros Supremos Crew Members, located at 1038 SW Harvey Milk St, Portland, OR 97205.
A passion for food and the hospitality industry, being comfortable and competent in a kitchen and fast casual service environmentEnsuring all health department standards are upheld by enforcing high sanitation standardsProvide exceptional guest service through taking orders over the counter, answering phone calls, organizing and executing take out ordersKeep inventory stocked on all stationsOpen and close, completing side work tasks and checklistPrepare food orders by following company recipes Ensure food is stored and cooked to spec under company standardsEnsure the quality standards and consistency are met in daily preparationMaintaining communication with the whole teamMaintaining a clean and organized work area.
Additional duties may applyExperience working in high-volume counter service or full-service restaurants preferredValid Food Handlers card and OLCC Beverage Permit required.
Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment.
Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven and slick surfaces.
Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environments.
