Job Description
We are looking for someone who can help lead shifts, help with prep, work catering as need, and keep things moving when it gets busy.
We have high standards when it comes to cleanliness, organization, product quality, efficiency, communication, and taking feedback. This role is for someone who likes being productive, notices what needs to be done without being told, and can handle a fast paced environment without spiraling when it gets busy.
Must be available at least 4 days a weekMust have weekend availabilitySeasonal position but can turn into year roundWhat You ll Be Doing+Training new employees+Helping lead shifts and keep people on task+Helping with prep and kitchen projects+Serving paletas, soft serve, shakes, and sundaes+Helping customers with flavors and dietary questions+Running register and handling payments+Helping with off site caterings and events during busy season+Opening and closing responsibilities+Cleaning, stocking, organizing, and keeping standards high+Helping maintain flow during rushes and problem solving on the fly+Working solo at times and also working closely with the teamWhat We re Looking For+2+ years food service experience preferred+Leadership or training experience is a huge plus+Food handlers card+Good communicator and team player+Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure+Can take feedback without getting defensive+Strong sense of urgency and awareness+Reliable transportation+Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods+Drivers license - to drive company car+Spanish speaking is a plusTo ApplySend us:+Your resume+A few sentences about yourself+Your availability and any schedule restrictionsPlease do not come into the shop to apply.
