Happy Day Juice Co. is hiring a full-time Team Member to work between our NE Fremont and SE Hawthorne locations.
We're looking for someone dependable, hard-working, and customer-focused who wants to be part of a small business that values quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality. This is a year-round position for someone seeking stable, long-term employment.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys serving others. Customer service is the foundation of what we do. We believe people can get a smoothie anywhere, but how they're treated is what keeps them coming back.
The right person for this role is naturally warm, upbeat, kind, and enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life. If you love making someone's day a little better, remembering regulars, welcoming new customers, and creating a positive experience for others, you'll fit right in.
This position is best suited for someone who is seeking a primary job and can make a consistent commitment to the role. We rely heavily on each team member, and dependable attendance is critical to our operation. Our schedules are set far in advance and remain consistent each week, so applicants should feel comfortable committing to a regular schedule and maintaining reliable availability.
At Happy Day, every team member plays an important role in the daily operation of the business. This position involves food preparation, customer service, cleaning, dishwashing, restocking, and drink and food production. You'll be expected to work efficiently, stay organized, communicate well with your teammates, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and customer care throughout your shift.
This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
