We're looking for energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Kitchen Team Members who are passionate about food and hospitality. In this fast-paced food hall environment, you'll help prepare authentic Korean-inspired dishes, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. Whether you're building your culinary career or looking to gain experience in a vibrant restaurant setting, Gangnam Station offers opportunities to learn, grow, and be part of an exciting team. Duties Assist with the preparation of menu items, including rice bowls, Korean plates, bibimbap, sauces, and other signature dishes according to established recipes and quality standards. Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, portioning, and organizing food items for daily service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, storage areas, and equipment throughout each shift. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory while communicating supply needs to management. Support efficient service during high-volume lunch, dinner, and event periods within the food hall. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Work closely with front-of-house team members to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere for guests and fellow team members. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant, food hall, quick-service, or hospitality environment preferred. Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures. Experience with food preparation, line cooking, or kitchen operations is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain professionalism during busy service periods. Interest in Korean cuisine and culture is highly desirable.
