The menu is concise and intentional: approachable Mexican dishes executed with consistency and care, supported by a thoughtful bar program and weekend brunch.

Looking For:

Minimum 3 years experience on a professional lineStrong fundamentals: knife skills, station organization, cleanlinessAbility to work clean, fast, and with consistency under pressureAwareness of timing, communication, and team flowSelf-motivated, accountable, and detail-oriented

This is a focused kitchen. We value discipline, consistency, and pride in execution. Everyone is expected to contribute, stay organized, and maintain standards across the board.
