Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality food service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities Saturday/Sunday open availability mandatory. Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and menu plans. Ensure all food is handled safely, adhering to health regulations and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and cooking appliances. Support catering events by preparing food items as needed, ensuring all dietary requirements are met. Skills Hablamos Espanol!! Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within the restaurant or food industry. Proficient knife skills with an understanding of safe food handling practices. Experience in catering services is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
