Job Overview As part of our restaurant and brewery team, you'll help create the friendly, energetic atmosphere that Fegley's is known for. Whether you're serving guests, pouring fresh beer brewed just steps away, or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, you'll play a key role in making every guest experience memorable. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service in a fast-paced brewpub environment Prepare and present food items according to Fegley's standards Upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and brewery floor Handle cash transactions accurately and follow proper cash-handling procedures Buss tables and assist team members to ensure quick table turnover and a tidy dining area Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Use the Toast POS system for order entry and payment processing Collaborate with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and brewers to ensure smooth operations Skills & Experience Previous restaurant or brewery experience a plus, but we'll train the right people Strong communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of craft beer or interest in learning about it Cash-handling accuracy and basic math skills Ability to maintain a clean, professional workspace Familiarity with Toast POS is helpful Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn Why Work with Us You'll be part of a passionate local team at one of Pennsylvania's most recognized breweries, with rotating craft beers like Steelgaarden Wit , Neon Static , and Bagpiper's Scotch Ale brewed right here in Bethlehem.
