Overview Join the Cinnabon Team — Where Work Smells Like Cinnamon Rolls! In this role, you'll be the friendly face that greets guests, prepares delicious Cinnabons, and ensures every visitor has an exceptional experience. Your energy and enthusiasm will drive sales, uphold food safety standards, and keep operations running smoothly. Whether you're passionate about food preparation, customer service, or working in a lively food industry setting, this is your chance to shine and grow with us! Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with care. Deliver outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling stations, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment. Assist with food safety practices, proper food handling, and adherence to health regulations. Support team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant remains inviting and organized. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests quickly without compromising quality or safety.
