As a Team member, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for the culinary industry, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during assigned shifts
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Assist with cash handling and ensure accurate cash register operations
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Address customer concerns and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
  • Train new employees on job duties and procedures
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall restaurant performance
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
