Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately, following established recipes and safety standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds efficiently Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and handling food safely Assist with food handling duties including cooking, plating, and packaging to ensure quality and presentation Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing transactions at the cashier station Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Experience working in a fast-paced environment like a café, grocery store, or retail setting is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy fuels our success!
