Summer Kitchen Staff

Summer Kitchen StaffWesttown School seeks several interested and enthusiastic candidates to join our Dining Services Team as summer kitchen staff. Summer kitchen staff members will assist our kitchen team in providing a wide range of food and dining room services to support our on-campus summer camp programs. Our summer kitchen staff will assist with set-up, cleaning, and food service in the dining room, as well as general cleaning, dishwashing, and light food preparation in the kitchen. The part-time schedule from mid-June to early August will be approximately 20 hours per week, including some evening and weekend hours.

Essential ResponsibilitiesProvide the highest quality of customer service at all times;Observe safe food handling and kitchen safety practices;Maintain daily knowledge of menu items;Maintain professional and appropriate relations with all students, colleagues, and community members at all times;Maintain a clean and orderly work area while practicing proper sanitation procedures;Attend work on time and as scheduled and adhere to the attendance policy;Participate in departmental meetings and required training;Promote teamwork, collaboration, and positive morale.
