Responsibilities Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and organizing ingredients efficiently and safely Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstations and utensils Help with food plating and presentation to ensure high-quality service standards are met Buss tables and clear dining areas promptly to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, handling, and labeling of ingredients Support banquet and catering events by preparing ingredients and assisting with setup as needed Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow and excellent customer service Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and food handling procedures Experience with banquet service, bussing, or hotel hospitality is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably Demonstrated commitment to food safety standards and cleanliness practices Enthusiasm for learning new culinary skills and contributing positively to the team environment Embark on a rewarding journey in the culinary world with us!
