In this role, you'll be involved in a variety of kitchen duties, from food preparation to maintaining cleanliness and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and cooking, following established recipes and safety standards. Help maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment, including proper food handling and storage. Support banquet and event setups by preparing and serving food efficiently. Any experience is welcome! We will train you and give you the tools to succeed Follow all food safety protocols to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and deliver outstanding guest service. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food handling, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety practices. Experience working with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus. Knowledge of banquet service, guest services, and hotel or culinary environments is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in busy settings. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, customer service, and kitchen operations.
