Overview Flavors is a halal Pakistani-fusion fast casual restaurant in North Providence, RI. We're known for our smash burgers, hand-tossed pizzas, wraps, and milkshakes — and for being a place rooted in community. We're not a franchise. We're building something real, and we need people who want to be part of it. Duties We're looking for a reliable, hard-working kitchen crew member to join us full-time. If you show up, learn fast, and take pride in your work, you'll have a home here.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prep and cook to our standards — smash burgers, wraps, Pizzas, and much more. Keep your station clean, organized, and ready at all times Work with the team to hit our speed and quality targets during service Follow our recipes and portioning guides consistently Communicate with the team and front counter to keep orders flowing

Reliable — you show up on time, every shift, no excuses Fast learner — you pick up our processes and make them yours Team-first — you help your coworkers, not just yourself Kitchen experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Must be able to work weekends
