As a vital part of our kitchen operations, you will assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your role will be essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards. Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining high quality and presentation. Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and disposing of waste properly. Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Participate in banquet preparations as needed, assisting with large-scale events. Skills Previous experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
