Manufacturing Full Job Description Job Responsibilities:
Infuses all types of products with cannabis oil/distillate using formulas acquired after reading the test results from the cannabis oil. Follow all processes and recipes in the facility. Understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the kitchen. Assist in the implementation of Edible Kitchen systems and SOPs. Wash and sterilize Kitchen and equipment. Prepare samples to be sent to a lab. Log recipes. Follows policies and standards that prioritize safety and compliance Other duties as assigned. Adhere to local and state laws and regulations related to marijuana production and keep up to date on changes to those laws and regulations. Keep machines and tools in good working order. Maintaining inventory records of supplies, materials, and equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
A detail-oriented mindset Sense of urgency Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. High School Education or GED graduate; culinary school or equivalent preferred. Requires a flawless understanding of food safety standards and professional hygiene. Experience in any of the following jobs is a bonus but not required: Food, candy, beverage, or cosmetic manufacturing. Beer brewing or wine making. Laboratory or chemical manufacturing. Restaurant back-of-house Thorough understanding of state and local medical cannabis laws and how they apply to the operations
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods of time Must be able to perform repetitive techniques accurately and consistently. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, along with frequent bending. Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with fingers.
