We are looking for someone who genuinely loves the craft of pasta making. Someone who thinks about dough texture, hydration, extrusion, lamination, shaping, and consistency. Someone who takes pride in repetition, refinement, and the small details that separate good pasta from great pasta. Our kitchen focuses on scratch-made Italian food with an emphasis on fresh pasta, seasonal ingredients, fermentation, dough work, and thoughtful execution. This is a clean, organized, fast-paced kitchen where standards matter and craftsmanship comes first.
